Q. What is Endeavor Plan?
Endeavor Plan is an internet based global club. There is a membership agreement which you should read here before joining.

Q. What is the purpose of the club?
To educate members about life, business and investment, provide seminars and workshops around the world on these topics and to locate products, services and providers that will benefit members on their path to financial freedom.

Q.What are the costs of membership?
There are absolutely no fees to either join or maintain your membership in Endeavor Plan. There may be costs to take part in some of the seminars and workshops and obviously costs for products and services but these are all explained to you further as you learn about these respective products, services and investments

Q. What benefits would I receive from being a member?
Endeavor Plan is developing what we hope will become one of the most talked about, comprehensive, free investment education centres on the internet. Endeavor Plan believes that with the right knowledge you will be empowered to make more astute business, life and investment decisions. Our purpose is to assist you in becoming more successful, the benefits of that to you are obvious.

Q. What sort of investments does Endeavor Plan offer?
Endeavor Plan is not an investment itself and does not offer any investments or securities. It does however provide you with information about a growing variety of investments that you may not otherwise be aware of. Endeavor Plan will generally have negotiated favourable terms and arrangement to enable you access to these products, services and investments.

Q. How do I invest in any of these investments if they are of interest to me?
You will be able to enter into an agreement to invest directly with the respective fund manager. The independend licensed Investment Broker will provide you with all the information required.

Q. What law is applicable to Endeavor Plan then?
Endeavor Plan is legally established as a club and based on Common English law. Some countries around the world have law specifically for such clubs. The US SEC site in particular takes a commonsense approach to investment clubs and it is worth reading here. You will notice many of the clubs they deal with actually pool members money to make investments which in some countries could be a breach of the law, Endeavor Plan does not pool members money to make investments all members deal directly with the respective fund manager. Any of the products, services or investments are subject to the law in which they are based. That may mean that they don't comply with the law in your country.

Q. Is it illegal for me to invest in investments that don't comply with the law in my country?
Absolutely not, however it is important to be aware that you may not be protected by the consumer laws of your country if that product, service or investment turns is unsuccessful. Endeavor Plan does go to extensive lengths to ensure that any providers do have an established credible history and appropriate systems and standards in place before we enter into any discussions with them.

Q. I don't have money to invest, shall I join now?
Yes, absolutely, the fact that you don't have money to invest tells you that you need to be smarter and not waiting for things to get better. Part of the whole education program is to assist you with being smarter with the income you do have. The sooner you start, even with just a few dollars invested, the better.

Q. Is there any other way I can earn more?
If you chose you can refer people to Endeavor Plan and build a business that will pay you passive commissions from products, services and investments of members. This is not going to make you rich over night or probably even over the next few years but it will enhance your current income, potentially improve your tax position and in the long term build a great passive retirement income.

Q. Is this network marketing?
Absolutely, it is optional so if it's not your thing that's ok. If it is your thing then you have the opportunity to do incredibly well if you are motivated. Endeavor Plan suggest a basic plan of introducing one member a year in order to achieve abundance in retirement 20 years from now.

Q. Is network marketing legal? Whats the difference between that and pyramid selling?
Network Marketing is legal in most countries and each country will have specific laws regarding it. Endeavor Plan management have spent tens of thousands of dollars on legal opinions regarding network marketing and is confident that Endeavor Plan complies. Those legal opinions are relative in all countries around the world and the general consensus is:

It is free to join and so impossible for members to loose money through expensive membership fees, there is no commission or incentive paid for introduction of new members and thus impossible to breach any laws regarding pyramid selling. Any benefits passed on to members is as a result of products or services consumed and the cost of the products and services that Endeavor Plan has negotiated are comparable with other providers in the market if not considerably better in many cases.

Obviously that makes sense. Pyramid selling schemes are illegal because they generally have either high fees to join or expensive products or services. Because of these factors members are required to introduce other members to the schemes in order to obtain value for money. As a result this is not sustainable as there simply are not enough people in the world to keep these schemes going. Eventually they run out of fools and close down with the masses loosing their money.

Q. Is the Endeavor Plan web site going to be available in other languages?
Not in the immediate future. Endeavor Plan is focused on building the education centre and business centre of the site which is a 12 month plan. Once there is some completion to those areas of the site it will be easier to consider the language options. The site is English based and so if your name, address or other details have characters that are not used in the English vocabulary such as a, a, o then please use the English version.
