The People

The Endeavor Plan is a group of like-minded people from all over the world.

They are savvy and discerning and like to be in control of their own lives they carry out they own due diligence on business opportunities and investments, to satisfy themselves.

They have access to the internet, and are internet capable.

They have a desire to do better in life financially and have an entrepreneurial nature.

They will have read the books, listened to the tapes, been to the seminars and be looking for their own opportunities.

The Rules

The Rules of Endeavor Plan ("EP") follow this Executive Summary. If there is any ambiguity or apparent difference between the Executive Summary and the Rules, the Rules shall take precedence.

Membership to Endeavor Plan is free.

Members have access to a variety of business opportunities and investments that EP identifies.

There is no obligation to purchase and of the products, services or to invest in any of the investments. Members make their own investment decisions, including how much they wish to invest.

EP is not obliged to accept any application for membership.

EP reserves the right to add and remove members at its discretion.

Membership is by Initiation.

Rebates of Subscriptions

EP will make available a rebate based program to all members in accordance with the attached Rules. The structure of which may be changed at the discretion of EP.

Rebates of Subscriptions may vary from product to product and members should read the rebate rules around each investment or product offered.

In order to view Rebate of Subscription income a member must upgrade their account access by completing the upgrade wizard and paying the appropriate costs.

Any Rebate of Subscription due to a Branchpoint in the investment tree where the member has not upgraded their Rebate of Subscription income will still belong to the member but not be visible to them.

EP and or the manager are not obligated to disclose to any member the value of their rebate accounts if the member has not firstly completed the upgrade wizard and paid the appropriate fee.
